Sansure Human BRCAl/2 Sequencing Panel Kit (Next Generation Sequencing) is used for library preparation and introduces efficient and effective primers for analysis of the BRCA I and BRCA2 genes by targeting the whole exon and adjacent alternative splicing regions of BRCAl/2 By high throughput sequencing and bioinformatics analysis, it is intended to be used for identification of mutations in the coding and alternative splicing regions of BRCAl/2 genes in individuals with increased risk for breast, ovarian and/or related cancers.
